The impact of humanity on the environment is growing continually at local and global scales. Environmental Engineering deals with the application of scientific principles and engineering tools to protect people from both natural catastrophes (floods, forest wild fires etc.), as well as man-made threats (contamination, pollution and climate change).
Environmental Engineers deal with the most vital resources: water, air, soil and plants. It comes as no surprise that the profession requires knowledge in a vast array of subjects. In our faculty, we tailor our curriculum to answer that demand: a strong foundation in mathematics and natural sciences, followed by learning an array of practical tools within the many specializations of this vast field. Our alumni are incorporated in private, public or government offices. These offices include industrial plants, local authorities, government branches, research facilities and consulting firms.
